The slowdown in homebuilding during the recession was bad news for Roseland Stair Works.
But building and business have been climbing back in the last year, just in time for the Orland Park staircase manufacturer to celebrate 100 years in business, said Lars Lautenbach, part of the third generation of Lautenbachs in the family business.
